While working in social for Back Market, I have managed the agency relationships for influencer marketing, making selections and managing the content they produce for specific campaigns.
As the brand continues to make space for refurbished technology in the American market, we are working towards an “always on” approach for influencer marketing across Instagram and TikTok.
Tech Reborn
Tech Reborn was a campaign focused on bringing the refurbished technology marketplace to the American consumer. The campaign was supported by organic and paid social media, TV spots, podcast ads, and influencer content on TikTok and Instagram.
I was the lead influencer manager collaborating with an influencer agency to create an impactful brief that inspired our creator choices to make content that felt authentic to their brand and supported campaign KPIs.
Tech Impact
The Tech Impact campaign vitalized the effect of the production of new technology + planned obsolescence on the American consumer's environment.
To support this campaign, we utilized brand partnerships with The Berrics and professional skateboarders and TikTok influencers managed through an agency partnership to relate to the average consumer.
